What is the status of my return?Updated a month ago

Most returns are processed automatically. Depending on the details of your return, additional verification may be required before a refund can be finalized.

Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation via email. If you’ve requested a refund, please allow several business days for the funds to reflect on your statement.

Additional Verification Requirements

In some cases, we may require additional steps to complete your return:

  • Photo verification:
    Certain returns may require photo confirmation of the item(s) prior to approval. This helps us validate condition and ensure the correct item(s) are being returned.
  • Physical returns:
    For higher-value orders, or where additional verification is required, item(s) must be physically returned and received at our warehouse. All returns are subject to inspection and verification before a refund is issued.

All returned items must meet our validation standards, including correct item(s), condition, and (where applicable) original packaging. Item(s) must match the original return submission in order to qualify for a return/refund.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for returns that are incomplete, incorrect, or do not meet these requirements.

Return eligibility and requirements are determined at our discretion based on order details and account history.
