My item was damaged in shipping - what do I do?Updated 2 days ago

We're sorry to hear your order arrived damaged, and would love to assist. 

Customers can report damages that occurred to their products in transit within 3 business days of the date of delivery, along with a photo that demonstrates what arrived damaged.

Simply head to our live chat widget on our home page (in the lower right hand corner), and click on "I need help with one of my orders" 💖 Your submission will head straight to our CX team for review + resolution!

Please note: We can unfortunately only assist with products purchased directly through loveamika.com - if you purchased your product outside of our site, we recommend you reach out to the original retailer directly for assistance! 


amika reserves the right to request additional verification for any claim involving product photos or videos. Submitted images or videos must accurately represent the product in question. amika does not accept digitally manipulated, AI-generated, or otherwise inauthentic media as proof of purchase, product condition, or delivery discrepancy. Submission of fraudulent documentation may result in claim denial and account suspension.
